To whom it may concern:
I would like to extend mu sincere appreciation to all the Springfield Acura employees, This letter is not only for James Walker but is also includes the men who do the repairs, the parts department, the department where you pay your bill and also the young men who check your car when you enter or leave the premises.
The reason I continue to use the service at Springfield Acura is directly attributed to the immediate concern of James Walker, however, I would like also like to include Victor, Jessie and Jaime as well as Robert who always greet me with a friendly smile.
The employees at Springfield Acura go out of their way to ensure the customers are satisfied. This is why most of us continue to return instead of using a local mechanic. The reason I came in yesterday was because I did not know how to hook up my new bluetooth phone to my 2005 RL and Victor was most cooperative and provided me with a list of Verizon phones that were compatible.
In mu opinion, James Walker has always provided me with excellent service and puts my mind at ease whenever a message appears on my car screen. He has always put my safety as a top priority. That is what customers are looking for but I want it known that I do appreciate everyone of the employees in Springfield.
"Report Card" should read A+++++ for Springfield Acura.

I want to thank you again for going out of your way to help me today with respect to the remote starter for my 2003 Acura MDX. It would have been so easy for you to say "sorry, that's not our policy" and that would have been that. Instead, you addressed my concern and fixed my problem! So, instead of being upset and dissatisfied, I am pleased to highly recommend the service department to all my friends who have Acuras.
